About CONART
Business Overview
Conart Engineers Limited provides engineering and construction solutions in India. The company offers general contracting services, such as cost monitoring and control, schedule development and control, subcontractor management, field engineering and site management, safety assurance, project accounting, change management, shop drawings and material submittal review, and quality control; design-build; and turnkey projects. It also provides construction project management, including pre-construction, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, change order evaluation, project cost controls, safety, quality management/field inspections, technology services, and constructability review; maintenance; structural fabrication; and concrete floor lasers. In addition, the company offers design engineering services comprising of civil and structural engineering, plumbing/electrical, landscape architecture, architectural design, and retrofitting and stability review. It serves heavy manufacturing and engineering, chemical and petrochemicals, automotives, pharmaceuticals, residential and commercial, textiles, research and development centres, food, and education markets. The company was formerly known as Conart Builders Private Limited and changed its name to Conart Engineers Limited in January 1992. Conart Engineers Limited was incorporated in 1973 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
