Business Overview
KPT Industries Limited engages in the manufacturing of electrical power tools, root blowers, and exhausters in India and internationally. The company operates in four segments: Portable Power Tools, Blowers, Windmills, and E-vehicles. It offers power tools, such as drills, angle grinders, sanders, polishers, tile cutters, cut-off saws, and valve master refacers for use in bus body building, rail coaches, shipyards, fabrication work, pipe laying for refineries, as well as for electrician, plumber, and wood working; and blower products, including vehicle and gas blowers, exhausters, fans, and accessories. The company also provides garden tools, pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, grinders, rotary hammers, demolition hammers, diamond tools, wall chasers, mixers, water grinders, vibrators, marble cutters, planers, routers, trimmers, saws, cordless tools, car polishers, sanders, bench top tools, detectors, measuring lasers, and artisan tool kits. In addition, it offers electric commercial vehicles; and is involved in power generation through windmills. The company was formerly known as Kulkarni Power Tools Limited and changed its name to KPT Industries Limited in September 2019. KPT Industries Limited was incorporated in 1976 and is based in Kolhapur, India.
