In addition, the company offers private equity advisory services; structured finance advisory services, including promoter and acquisition financing; and corporate finance advisory services, such as scheme of amalgamations, mergers, spin-off transactions, ESOP transactions, foreign remittance, and equity placements, etc.; and certification, opinion, and valuation services.
